What does a first session with you look like?
After the first session, usually called evaluation or initial assessment, we will be able to determine diagnosis or diagnoses based on data collected during the visit. Then initiate treatment response with either a psychotherapeutic or pharmacotherapeutic approach. We will discuss treatment plan with patient, and reinforced importance of compliance.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Each of my patients will have an individualized care plan fitting their needs, not one size fits all philosophy . My goal is to allow my patients either to regain or to reach their full potential in accordance to their beliefs and backgrounds.
