What does a first session with you look like?

I hope that once you meet in the first session, you will be able to see that I am someone who is compassionate about helping you to reach your goals. That I will listen and allow you to share your story with no judgments. We will work as a team to collaborate on treatment and the outcomes you would like to achieve. Once again this is not a race but a marathon.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

Some of the treatment methods that I use are Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Integrative therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Multicultural.
