Dr. Batista combines traditional psychological theories with alternatives approaches such as Clinical Hypnosis, EBP DBT, NLP, and Emotional Freedom Technique to bring about relief and eliminate maladaptive behaviors. Her focus remains on enhancing self-esteem, promoting independence and assertiveness training while working through loss, trauma, improving communication skills and improving relationships.
