What does a first session with you look like?
My goal is to provide a warm and non-judgmental space where we can work collaboratively toward decreasing your symptoms and improving your quality of life. Together we'll work to develop goals that work for you and help build the resilience to face life's distress.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I work collaboratively with my clients and empower them to access their own strengths. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Solution focused, Trauma Focused, Strength-Based, as well as mindfulness as methods and tools in therapy.
