What does a first session with you look like?
With a background in both yoga as well as counseling, I approach the path to healing from both Eastern and Western perspectives. Through our work together we may have the opportunity to explore what’s going well, what’s been challenging in your world, as well as identify and incorporate some new tools, skills, and perspectives in an effort to enhance your day-to-day life. Approach it with a gentle curiosity :)
