What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
Megan Caldwell is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, who has been practicing since 2018. She graduated from Walden University with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Megan believes in client-centered counseling, and integrates CBT and DBT skills to assist clients in understanding and managing their emotions. Her main areas of focus include helping teens and adults manage anxiety and depression, navigate relationships, and increase self-esteem. In her spare time, Megan enjoys reading, hiking, and cooking.
