What is your style/approach to therapy?

I use a variety of evidence-based approaches. I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person centered, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing.

What does a first session with you look like?

My approach is individualized and based on the needs of each person. I treat everyone with respect, dignity, and am nonjudgmental. I believe we all have the answers on how we can live our best life and therapy is a way for us to tap into those answers. I take a collaborative approach with your treatment, as you are the expert on your life.
