What does a first session with you look like?
Clients will feel a sense of calm by truly feeling heard and supported in a way they may have never had the chance to feel before. They will be able to finally tune into a inner sense of peace and safety and see a light at the end of the tunnel.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I bring expertise in attachment and somatic approaches to our sessions. I am well-versed in understanding how early attachment experiences can shape your current relational patterns and impact your overall well-being. I specalize in healing trauma through nervous sytem work so that you won't constantly feel like you are living in survival mode. Together, we can explore how these attachment experiences may be influencing your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the present moment.
