What does a first session with you look like?
My goal is to assist my clients with their daily struggles or anything that is preventing them from living a fulfilled life. Together we can establish goals to help them find the path to a new future.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My focus is cognitive behavioral therapy along with a solution-focused treatment approach where my goal is to meet my client's needs and formulate a treatment plan that works best for them. I assist clients with deep thinking about their past while also allowing them to understand that they have control by not allowing past trauma to control their future.
