Work History
I have over a dozen years of experience as a licensed psychologist. I began my career in medical center settings where I did a little bit of everything - clinical work, research, and teaching. After six years, I decided to transition to clinical work full-time. I have spent this time working in both private practice and telehealth settings. I specialize in helping individuals with anxiety, stress, and trauma. I also have specific interests in women's health issues. I enjoy supporting and empowering women to intentionally create lives that align with their values and provide them with joy, satisfaction, and a sense of personal fulfillment.
