What does a first session with you look like?
I am passionate about working closely and collaboratively with both caregivers and children or adolescents to provide a safe, non judgemental space to explore and reflect. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to best fit the unique needs of my clients; including play, sand tray and somatic therapy in addition to cognitive and behavioral approaches.
