I enjoy using strength based techniques, grounding, mindfulness, CBT, visualization, writing exercises or other activities to assist you in becoming the best you you can be!

What does a first session with you look like?

While we are getting to know each other, identifying goals and building a foundation you will realize talk therapy isn't that bad - that it can make you feel emotionally lighter and can assist you in regaining hope.
