What does a first session with you look like?

In the beginning we will be getting to know each other and figure out a few goals for treatment. During this time my aim is to create an environment that is comfortable and engaging. After that it will depend on the direction that you would like to go.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

Some of the treatment modalities that I use are Gestalt, cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, as well as several others. These are used in combination based on what we feel could be most effective.
