What does a first session with you look like?
After our first initial intake assessment session, we will work together to formulate a beginning set of treatment goals. These goals will often evolve and transform as we begin to embark on your unique therapy journey. Following the lead and commitment of clients, I will introduce psychoeducational materials, activities, and homework (often questions for consideration toward the next time together). I look forward to working alongside you whether your journey is short or a bit longer.
