What does a first session with you look like?
We will identify together what issues we want to address and develop goals for treatment. I will help develop coping strategies and self awareness through reflection of past and present issues keeping you from moving forward.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use self reflection/awareness in identifying barriers to living a fulfilling life. We Identify obstacles in thoughts/behaviors keeping us ‘stuck’ and develop healthier behaviors and mindset in order to improve overall functioning.
