What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

Tracy Costa is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Rhode Island. She has been in the business of helping other people help themselves for more than 18 years and works with individuals and couples ages 18 and older. Tracy's approach is a combination of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and humanistic ideals. She believes in a communication style that is direct and honest, typically opting for uncomplicated straight talk in place of technical jargon. Tracey strives to work with clients to break patterns of behavior which continuously leave them feeling so stuck and powerless. She knows change is possible, and it can be your new reality.
