What does a first session with you look like?

I have a very calming presence in therapy. I aim to ensure my clients feel supported and cared for regardless of the stressors they are facing in their lives.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I have a breadth of experience, working with numerous interventions including, cognitive behavioral, cognitive behavioral for insomnia, solution-focused, narrative, dialectical behavioral, object relations, cognitive processing, prolonged exposure therapies, acceptance and commitment therapy, accelerated resolution therapy (ART) , and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). I also completed Gottman Level 1 training for relationships.
