What does a first session with you look like?
I am hopeful that clients will be able to feel more comfortable and begin to open up about their concerns and stressors as we go through therapy. I am hopeful that clients will obtain the validation that they need and will learn skills to be able to manage their lives more successfully.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to assist my clients. I am open to utilizing others techniques as necessary.
