I specialize in working with moms with anxiety who need a space dedicated to them: where there is no pressure, no judgment, and where they can get the support & strategies they need to feel better. My advanced training in anxiety and history working with children uniquely equips me to help you in your parenting and your life.

Drawing on CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy, my approaches to therapy focuses on empowering you to be in control of your anxious thoughts and interrupting the cycle you feel caught in.
