General Office Hours
In Eastern Time
In your first session, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where we will begin to build a trusting therapeutic relationship. We will start by discussing your goals, concerns, and any specific challenges you are currently facing. I will actively listen to your story and provide a compassionate space for you to express your thoughts and emotions. Together, we will explore your unique strengths and identify areas for growth. By the end of the session, we will collaboratively develop a tailored plan that outlines the direction of our work together. You can anticipate feeling heard, validated, and supported as we embark on your journey towards healing and personal growth.
In therapy, you can expect a compassionate and balanced approach as we address anxiety, grief/loss, and life transitions. We will utilize evidence-based tools like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to explore and challenge anxious thoughts, helping you regain a sense of control. When working with grief/loss, I will provide a safe and supportive space for you to express your emotions and find meaning in your experience. Additionally, during life transitions, we will focus on building resilience and developing effective coping strategies. Throughout, I'll provide empathy and understanding, tailoring sessions to your unique needs. Together, we'll navigate these challenges, fostering healing and personal growth.
