What is your style/approach to therapy?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hope Focused Therapy, and training in many modalities that I can use to help your unique needs and personality.

What does a first session with you look like?

You will obtain all the skills you need to overcome anxiety and/or depression. My treatment program is broken down into 15 sessions that can be completed weekly, every other week, or once a month. Each session builds on each other to help you live the life that you desire and not allow your anxiety or depression to hold you back. I also work with couples using a "Hope Focused" approach and give spouses the skills they need to build a better marriage.
