What does a first session with you look like?
During your first session, we will get to know each other and you will be able to ask questions. As you engage, you will be able to identify goals, create steps to achieve your goals, and receive support to learn healthy coping skills to show up fully in your day to day life.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I specialize in creating a trauma healing journey that removes the sting as you progress and create success in your daily life. This could include my use of Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
