What is your style/approach to therapy?
I do offer virtual psychiatric services, comprehensive psych evaluation, assessment, therapy and prescribe medications.
What does a first session with you look like?
I offer psychiatric evaluation, follow up, psycho-education, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychoactive prescription medications. I also provide client-oriented life style modification.
