What does a first session with you look like?

I feel as if I can be a straight shooter and sometimes will challenge you to help you prepare to face the things that can sometimes be scary. I will walk the journey with you and never take the lead. This is your journey and I will be here by your side the entire time.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I use an integrative client centered approach. I like to mix in talk therapy with activities that can help you learn new and unique ways to cope.
