What does a first session with you look like?
My clients can expect to gain knowledge, power, and mindfulness. Many of my clients report feeling a heavy weight being removed and a strength being restored.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I do not stick to one treatment method or tool. I have a very individualized treatment process that is integrative and holistic. Depending on my client, I may use psychoanalysis and psychodynamic therapies, Behavior therapy, Cognitive therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and/or Humanistic therapy. The mind is not a one size fits all concept and I do not treat it as so.
