What does a first session with you look like?
You will gain insight into the presenting obstacle and learn to identify your strengths and areas of growth to move toward a resolution. I am a strong believer in hands-on interventions as well as insight so that you can get to work right away. I value relationships and resolution.

I am a multimodal therapist that values the best fit based on your values, strengths and growth areas. I have training in cognitive behavioral approaches, trauma resolution, choice therapy and best practice methods specific to presenting problems.
