What does a first session with you look like?

My approach to care is based on assisting clients explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors for the purpose of problem solving so they may develop higher levels of consciousness, personal growth, and satisfaction. It is my belief that developing a strong, therapeutic relationship is the basis for any positive change to occur.
