What does a first session with you look like?
Our initial session is focused on exploring your needs and discovering what the best approach is to meeting those needs, as well as establishing a treatment plan, providing you with some immediate strategies that you can begin to implement to begin making progress towards your goals.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I believe in developing an individualized approach to serving my clients, integrating psychological, spiritual, social and transformational coaching approaches formulated from a comprehensive assessment of the client and their sociocultural history and multiple other factors that contribute to presenting problems and symptoms.
