What does a first session with you look like?
I believe in your story. I like to hear what you have to say and hear your perspective. It matters how we are received when we tell our story. This very first step is one of the most significant parts of the process of “healing". Being held with unconditional acceptance provides a safe space to process our emotions.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
This may be a recovery from a trauma or a circumstance that we are struggling with at this moment. My role will be to walk alongside you as you find your way through the twists and turns in your journey where healing and growth are possible, where you can move closer to your calling.
