To learn how to regulate your emotions and deal with life challenges. To know your intrinsic worth and value which is not connected to your abilities or productivity. You are worthy of kindness, goodness, and love most especially from yourself.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I will meet you where you are at and use a variety of different techniques based on your needs, symptoms, personality, preferences, etc. Some techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered, insight-oriented, strengths-based, solution-focused, expressive therapies, EMDR, motivational interviewing, relaxation techniques, and trauma-informed care techniques.
