What does a first session with you look like?

In the intake session we establish right away your goals for therapy and discuss the importance of education, communication and follow through. My style as a therapist is to push you to your full potential at a pace that you are comfortable with.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I use a combination of methods in my therapy sessions which include but are not limited to mindfulness, meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, goal setting, psychoeducation, person centered, family systems, positive psychology, and strength- focused.
