I aim to empower you through learning, conversation, and connection. Therapy is your time, and it should be designed around your needs and preferences. In that spirit, I will help you to develop clarity and confidence, and together we can identify your goals and create a plan that meets you where you're at and guides us to where you want to be!

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I provide individual therapy to adults that utilizes elements of Humanistic and CBT approaches. I place the therapeutic relationship at the heart of our work and offer an authentic, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood.
