Education
Nova Southeastern University, Doctorate of Psychology, Clinical Psychology, 2022 — I'm a relational trauma clinical psychologist with a comprehensive educational background, having earned a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. My journey through this program was marked by trauma-focused training rotations, each providing me with deep insights and practical experience in the field of trauma. I had the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including a Foster Care/Adoption Agency, a Veterans Affairs PTSD Hospital, a Trauma-Focused Residential Facility, and a Local Community Mental Health Center. These experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of trauma-informed modalities. My approach to clinical work is heavily influenced by a relational and attachment perspective, which I integrate into my practice to offer empathetic, informed, and effective care to those grappling with the complexities of trauma.
Work HistoryWith my years of experience in helping people overcome relational trauma, I’ve cultivated the understanding and expertise you deserve to guide your growth along this journey. But, at the end of the day, you want to know that you’re working with someone who gets what it means to struggle with feeling disconnected, unfulfilled and confused as they walk through life, right? I understand because I have devoted my career to walking alongside individuals as they work to overcome the challenging childhood relationships and experiences that are continuing to show up in their adult lives. I know that sometimes it can be overwhelming to think about digging up the past. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained psychologist. You’ll get a seasoned guide that can safely help you revisit your past, rediscover who you authentically are and, ultimately, help you reshape the way you connect with yourself and others.
