The first 1-2 sessions will involve a comprehensive evaluation of your needs. By the end of our evaluation, I will be able to offer you some initial impressions of what our work might include. You and I will work together to reach a shared understanding of where your problems come from and what factors in your life contribute to keeping those problems in place. This information guides how you will move forward in resolving them.
