What does a first session with you look like?
Similar to life, I always recommend clients commit to seeing a therapist (hopefully me) for 3 sessions prior to making a decision. I often am told by my clients they appreciate my direct, gentle, and authentic approach. I am a person and don't believe in "stuffy" therapy.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am what come would call an eclectic therapist, and my reason for this is because everyone seeks therapy with unique sets of needs. In essence, all humans are different and I am flexible in my approach to better support you.
