What does a first session with you look like?
My goal as a therapist is to ensure that you feel seen, heard, and valued throughout all seasons of life. As a therapist, I am available to assist you and your family cope with difficulties and challenges, whether they are day-to-day, long-standing or situational.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My perspective is holistic and client-centered. I utilize play therapy, Trust-Based Relational Intervention, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and other interventions in my practice. I am also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), crisis intervention, positive psychology, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).
