I want to help empower you to transform and be in control of your life. My goal in therapy is to create a safe place where I can provide you with support, compassion, and understanding as you share your story. I believe in a collaborative approach, where you and I will work together to develop a plan and explore successful strategies that foster meaningful and long-lasting change.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
As an ecelectic therapist I believe that changing mindsets and shifting belief systems drives the transformation of behaviors, therefore I implement a holistic approach to integrate the well-being of mind, body, and soul.
