What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach to Therapy and Life Coaching is client-centered, warm, compassionate & culturally sensitive. I am trained in various modalities ; Family Systems Therapy, -This approach believes that individuals cannot be fully understood in isolation from the family unit. ( your family member and or partner do not have to be in the room for us to discuss how those relationships impact you). Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS)- This evidence-based approach assumes each individual possesses a variety of sub-personalities., or "parts", and attempts to get to know each of these parts better to achieve healing. Solutions Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).-This therapeutic approach focuses on the client's hoped-for future instead of their ongoing problems.
