What does a first session with you look like?

During our first session we will establish rapport and prioritize goals. I believe that one of the most important aspects of the therapeutic process is the relationship between therapist and clients. You will leave sessions feeling heard, validated, and believed. We will determine the best course of action and take it from there. I will be there to guide and support you 100%.
