The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions. Thriveworks helps people live happier, more fulfilling lives. I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. As a working, married mother of two children, I understand life can be busy and stressful at times but our mental health shouldn't be put on the back burner!

Natalie is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PHMNP-BC) who has over 3 years of experience managing a wide range of mental health concerns in adult clients, including anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, and sleep/insomnia. She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and personalized care to those in need. Natalie received her Bachelor's degree from Liberty University and her Master's degree from Walden University. Natalie enjoys working together with her clients to form an individualized treatment plan. Aside from medication management, Natalie also acts as an educator and mental health advocate. She is very personable and enjoys talking with and getting to know her clients. Natalie would like to help with whatever you are struggling with today. She wants you to remember that don't have to do this alone.
