What does a first session with you look like?
My goal is to help women navigate these challenges by providing a safe space to be vulnerable, process emotions, and work toward solutions. I have extensive training working with women and couples who are experiencing difficulties communicating what they need, especially in the bedroom.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
As much as I love talking with my clients, I believe that action is what builds confidence. Together we will develop a plan that allows you to fall in love with your wants, needs, and desires. I enjoy providing my clients with books to read, exercises to complete, and talking points to utilize outside of sessions. I am here to listen and I am here to support you in whatever your heart desires. It will be up to you to make the magic happen, to prioritize your pleasure.
