This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including Anxiety, Coping Skills, Life Transition, Relationships, Self Esteem, Stress and Women’s Issues.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?

As a woman of color the pressure of life can be a struggle. I understand the unique concerns related to adjustment, substance abuse, and personal development.
