What does a first session with you look like?
I provide confidential and non-judgmental support to help you cope with life's challenges so that you can reach your goals. You should expect empowerment, honest feedback and support when meeting with me.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use motivational interviewing to help you resolve mixed feelings and insecurities to find internal motivation to help make changes you want to see in your life. I also use cognitive behavioral techniques in order to identify and combat faulty thinking patterns and to learn and implement adaptive ways of coping.
