What does a first session with you look like?
After our first session, you can expect to understand your working diagnosis and current symptoms as they relate to your functioning. You can also expect education about medication management and any adjunct labs or diagnostics that are ordered for your care. At every session, we can collaborate on your short-term psychotherapy goals and develop realistic strategies to bring your visions into focus. After several sessions, we will focus on medication efficacy and any alternatives, and long-term psychotherapy goals where you envision your life in a healed state.
