What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral and ACT Therapy interventions. Motivational Interviewing is also used in my practice to assess what drives each person to work toward self-improvement. I personalize the interventions based on each individual/couple I see. With couples therapy, I follow the Gottman Method and Developmental Model for Couples Therapy and use a fusion of interventions based on how a couple presents.

What does a first session with you look like?

Clients can expect open and honest feedback and a collaborative therapeutic relationship with me. I set autonomous goals with clients and reinforce accountability for forward action.
