My approach adapts to each client. I utilize CBT techniques, strengths based perspective and a solution focused perspective

Clients can expect to begin to lessen their symptoms by utilizing healthy coping skills and begin to start feeling better about who they are. We will further start to understand why we do the things we do. That helps us change our beliefs and behaviors to lead us to a more fulfilling life.
