Work HistoryI am a Licensed Psychologist providing virtual concierge therapy services to teens and adults throughout New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Connecticut, and Florida. I am also a Ketamine-Assisted-Psychotherapy (KAP) provider. I mainly work with highly motivated individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, and depression, as well as those struggling with setting and maintaining appropriate boundaries with others. I tailor my approach to fit the needs of each individual in order to increase flexibility, uniqueness, privacy, and comfort. I believe one of the most important factors is the therapeutic relationship. I take the time to build a solid therapeutic relationship so I can best serve you. I have training in various areas including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, grief, trauma-focused, mindfulness-based interventions, positive psychology, and LGBTQIA+. I encourage you to reach out so we can discuss your needs and find the right path for you. A brief discussion will determine if I am the appropriate referral and if you would like to schedule an intake session with me. I offer a FREE 15-20 minute phone call prior to scheduling the initial intake session.
