What is your style/approach to therapy?
I specialize in helping teenagers and adults by using a strengths-based approach with your unique concerns in mind. I have experience working with extensive trauma including individuals grieving and military service members. I also specialize in helping navigate suicidal and homicidal thoughts. I hope to be a positive light in your life. I will always bring a kind and warm attitude to help create a safe environment for your growth.
