What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to have someone listen to them and try to understand their needs and where they are coming from. Clients can expect someone who will help try to find different solutions or different ways to think about things.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use CBT and Solution Focused Therapy. I have also used play therapy and art interventions when working with children and adolescents.
