What does a first session with you look like?
I work together with my clients in a therapeutic and supportive provider-client relationship where you will feel informed and in control of your treatment decisions.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Together we will build a trusting relationship as we progress through your treatment to achieve your goals. I utilize all aspects of mental health treatments for each individual need. This may include psychotherapy, medication management, and alternative therapies. You will be informed and educated throughout our treatment plan so you are not left confused.
